Had my car for just under 40 days . And was told numerous time by Garrett that the lower controls arms were replaced and the fact was they weren't . I also brought it for a squealing sounds and it's still th time by Garrett that the lower controls arms were replaced and the fact was they weren't . I then call into the dealership to inform them that in fact my control arms are still the original one and I get some line "oh yeah we had to order them and we will call you" yeah like the many times I was told we will call you back with an update on your car and that never happened. So inconclusion my car stills make the noise I brought it in for ,my control arms are still not replaced,I had to reattach the lower plastic shield on my car myself since it was in the trunk with the 4 10mm bolts, the car smelled like fuel when I got into it, and the list goes on and on. The control arms are the same for multiple years of challengers and I am betting either I never get a call or maybe in a few months I might. More
Stay away from the service department it’s the worst ever. It’s starting with department department manager. He doesn’t care about his customers he’ll say whatever he needs to say to get his customers o ever. It’s starting with department department manager. Then you have technicians that shouldn’t be touching vehicles because they messed them up. There’s only a few good people there and they see what’s going on, but they don’t last very long and quit because they can’t tolerate the xxxxty people running the show there.
