I went in for an oil consumption test. I was told by prev service advisor that it was nec. I then found out by a great advisor that it was not nec. The service rep who helped me (Brett) was very nice, helpful and went out of his way to answer all me questions as well as insure I was aware of the services I was getting. Had an issue with the driver side seat in my Ram so I scheduled an appointment for Saturday because like most I work during the week. When I arrived I was refused service and said they didn’t have enough scheduled an appointment for Saturday because like most I work during the week. When I arrived I was refused service and said they didn’t have enough techs that day and would have to reschedule for another day. So when I scheduled again they ended up having to order the part, okay. Waited a month for a seat frame and when the part arrived I again scheduled another service appointment. This time about three hours later I get another call, to find out the the part was wrong and now it’s on back order for 5 months....... Now all that being said I went to pick up my truck and there was a huge greasy foot print on the back of the drivers side seat...... if that wasn’t the worst of it, I had greasy finger prints left on the Upholstery after the first visit which I mentioned during this visit so they could take special care to not happen again. Lesson learned do mention negative comments to the service team as the vindictive service techs will just go out of their way to stick it to you!!!!! Stay away from Arrigo Margate for Service By the way still waiting for the replacement part........ More
