the first service worker entered the wrong truck needing a tire and rim that caused a chain reaction that the good rim and tire was not installed or even here for 8 weeks late. I also have the tire and rim package and the original service guy said it was still a charge of $500. I didn't argue at the time but he had entered the wrong truck from the beginning and the new service guy realized that when he called the insurance company. i had to rent a car for thanksgiving since I wasn't going to drive to Tampa on a spare. the last service guy told me it makes sense the original service guy was fired. this last service guy that took care of me was very good. if i didnt call my sales guy every other day there was no communication at all and i would never have known if the tire came in. More
Brian was awesome! He kept me informed during the whole process and was extremely helpful. Considering there are staffing and part shortages around the USA, Go Brandon! Service was quick.
