Three weeks since my 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 with under 3500 miles on it died! Still no action from Dealership, No Action From Chrysler Customer Care & No Action from Warranty!!! I leased a new truck so I w miles on it died! Still no action from Dealership, No Action From Chrysler Customer Care & No Action from Warranty!!! I leased a new truck so I would have a dependable vehicle that would also be covered under a warranty if there was a problem!!! Who knew Chrysler & Dodge were such horrible companies!!! If I could give them negative stars I would!!! More

I had to call to see if my vehicle was done. It was just an oil change. And when I got there the writer wasn’t at his desk and the other writers up there wouldn’t check me out. The service department is shocking. I come here because I live close by. But this is the last time I'll be going here. Distance is not enough of a reason to experience such poor customer service at least e live close by. But this is the last time I'll be going here. Distance is not enough of a reason to experience such poor customer service at least every other time I go there. Their staff is rude, argumentative, and disorganized. I know it's not just me as I have seen several customers complaining and arguing with the staff. I will never go back here for service or sales. More

The margate service center consistently continues to disappoint and offer sub-standard customer service. I am constantly sent coupons from "ARRIGO DODGE" and when I try to use them at this location's se disappoint and offer sub-standard customer service. I am constantly sent coupons from "ARRIGO DODGE" and when I try to use them at this location's service center, I am constantly met with resistance and or even turned away as the coupon will not be honored. Communication from service advisors and service managers are never consistent and it is extremely frustrating. Unless this is addressed I will not be returning to this location, and based on the other customers that I have been around while there, I am confident I am not alone. More
