This experience has been terrible from the minute I pulled into to service for my appt. I was not allowed to go into the building until someone would come get me. 20 minutes later I saw two other peo pulled into to service for my appt. I was not allowed to go into the building until someone would come get me. 20 minutes later I saw two other people arrive behind me and go into the building. So I went in and now I was two people behind where I should have been. Four service people and only one taking people all while answering the phone. 30 minutes later until someone, who didn't introduce themselves, took my keys. At least he did drive me over to enterprise. Fast forward: over a week and no calls about my car. Pick up and they didn't address half of the issues. Damage to the interior and exterior. I had to get to work so I called service several times to no answer. Left messages for service advisor and manager. Called sales person who tried to help. Talked to one service advisor who told me that this was my problem since they were short staffed. I'm sure he didn't leave message for manager like I asked. Emailed service advisor. STILL: a month of calling and messages and no one has returned my call. I don't even know if my parts are in. BECAUSE they broke my sunglass holder when they replaced the reading light. Both center consoles are damaged form this service. Protective film is torn on side mirror also. I can't believe I spent this much on a car just to be treated like this. More
Arrived at Arrigo Service dept, no appointment, with a cluster of warning icons on my dashboard. It was Saturday morning and they were packed. I thought I would have to leave my car. The Service Manager said he would do everything he could to help everyone, and he did. He had all service service representative’s helping all of us, no one was slow! Like a well oiled machine, one car after another was brought into the garage. It seemed like one in one out! They didn’t wast any time. Everyone I waited with were impressed about the flow of cars in and out. I waited less than 2 hours and all was fixed under warranty !!! I bought my Jeep from Arrigo and have been very happy with it. Although I am more impressed with the service dept and this my third trip there in almost 3 years. Each time I have been treated with respect and made to feel like a quality customer by quality service representative’s. I would highly recommend Arrigo to buy and service vehicles. Thank you Arrigo! More
