Not happy with the communication. The signage was confusing, I was first on right side of the building marked service. Turns out I was on the wrong side of the building. Finally someone came out and told me it’s on the other side, left side marked service. I get there and there’s 3 cars ahead of me, yet I had an appointment. Nobody seems to care about appointments. No priority. When picking up my car, that was disappointing. I had to go find it in a parking lot. More

Very kind and efficient staff. Excellent service! Clean and nice reception areas but loud overlapping different music in areas. Music is fine, but pick one channel and turn it down a bit, especially at 8:3 and nice reception areas but loud overlapping different music in areas. Majorly understaffed in service Dept which leads to extremely long service times amd zero communication. Are not as thorough on double checking finished work which leads to return visits and more custo extremely long service times amd zero communication. Are not as thorough on double checking finished work which leads to return visits and more customer time wasted. Pricing is thru the roof. Needs to be improved quickly as I will not go back. More
