Not only that but when picked up my truck from an Oil change service, the oil levels where not reset, not even a new Service Miles sticker were placed on the windshield, making me feel the Oil change service was not done, making me come back to the dealership to complain about it, I had to pay $301.84 for a simple oil change, and to switch the interior lights feature to normal, for that, I should have at least the oil levels reset in the truck, and the service miles sticker on the windshield. I am sorry but like I said before I feel ripped off, and I will never go back to service my truck to Arrigo Margate, neither recommend that dealership to my friends or people I know. Vehicle owners need to trust on service advisors, to me It is impossible to trust on this dealership to service my truck, or any other car. My business is a tiny little part of your total revenue, but it will represent a lot when referring to other people. Very Bad experience. More

The workers will in the service area seemed put out to actually have to work. I stood there for 10 min. before I had to walk over to someone to ask for help. Then one guy said I guess he would help after waiting on another person who came in after me. This place consistently has given me poor service for a couple years now. I will not be bringing my vehicle back, nor buying another vehicle from here. More

They took my vehicle in for service at the appointment time. I originally opted to wait. Disappointed after 2 years of getting my car here and having to do the service, the service department gets worst and worst they are so disorganized. I was hearing conversation about them making fun of losing a customers key. I was there for an oil change and to check for any electric issues. I ask that advisor if they will give me a call when the car is ready he confirm my phone number and told me it would be ready in 3 hours so I left my car at 11 AM I didn’t hear anything back so I called around 5 PM nobody would answer the phone, so by the time I got back to the shop it was 6 PM and they told me they service department was close and they didn’t have the keys to my car so there was nothing they could do about it. I had to miss a day of work the next day because they never call me and didn’t give me my car back. I called the next morning comes to find out they didn’t do a single thing to my car… Overall terrible experience. More
