The staff were professional and polite, however the lack of communication was frustrating. Our car was there 9 days and we would have to call to find out what was going on. We have a warranty, purchased from Arrigo, but had to pay out of pocket for the hire car as this branch does not arrange the hire car like the sawgrass branch does. This is the third time that this has happened at this site. We and our children have purchased all of our cars from Arrigo for the last 18 years, but have our services done else where because of the continuing issues with service department and it makes us question whether we will purchase another vehicle from you as the stress of having to deal with the service department is getting to much. Arrigo is great but your service department lets you down every time. More
