Major disappointment This experience has been a major disappointment. The deal that was made with me by the salesman was never communicated to the finance department. Needless to say when I went to pick up my car the numbers in the contract were not the same numbers I had previously agreed to. The finance guy would not even come out and speak to me like a decent human being. He spoke at me from across the dealership as he stood behind cars in the showroom. I relecutantly accepted the car and on the drive home noticed that the vechile was damaged. I have now received notices in the mail from GM stating that my account is past due and that I owe them money. Money in which the dealership was supposed to be responsible. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future. More
