He was to pick up the new truck and I was driving his old truck back to Florida. They had everything ready to go as promised. The paperwork was prepared in advance and took 10 minutes to complete. The service department swapped the tires and rims from son's my old truck onto the new truck and the new tires and rims on the old truck in under an hour.
