Great Experience I've been dealing with Marchant Chevrolet for over 20 years and this is my 8th vehicle. I think that says it all! Would not recommend buying a used car from these guys. Gave me a line about the truck was checked out top to bottom and certified. 3 days later the transmission died. Went a few other places before this one and felt every place was trying to rip me off (as most dealers seem to do). All employees, especially Robbie, were more than helpful and friendly and willing to wor place was trying to rip me off (as most dealers seem to do). All employees, especially Robbie, were more than helpful and friendly and willing to work with me. I told them what I was looking for and what I could afford and there were no games, just a simple lay out of my options and a serious effort on their part to satisfy my needs. The employees are honest people and actually want to see their customers leave happy. I left feeling, and still feel that I got an amazing deal, which I think everyone can admit is rare when buying a car. I will recommend Marchant Chevrolet to everyone I know. It truly was a great experience all around. More

We shopped all over the Charleston SC area for a new Traverse and got prices from 3 different Chevrolet dealers. Marchant Chevy was the ONLY ONE to show us the invoice, and NOT have a huge closing fee. Traverse and got prices from 3 different Chevrolet dealers. Marchant Chevy was the ONLY ONE to show us the invoice, and NOT have a huge closing fee. Why do customers put up with dealers charging "closing fees"? (or "admin fees"? or "DOC" fees?!!) We had a great experience buying our new car in Ravenel. They really don't have the "nonsense" that the other dealers do! More
