Trustworthy! Words cannot express how Marchant Chevrolet and especially my sales representative, Joe, made buying my new truck easy and painless. I was never pressured to buy something I did not want, unlike other salesmen at other dealerships. Joe asked what I wanted and what I wanted to spend, and that’s what we looked for. At other dealerships they did not have what I wanted, but ALWAYS seemed to have trucks 5-10 thousand dollars more than I wanted to spend loaded with extras I told them I did not want. The truck I bought needed some minor fixes, and Joe went out of his way to follow through and make sure they were fixed to my liking. Even a follow up call from Joe a couple of weeks after I had bought my truck was above and far beyond my expectations! Thanks Joe and Marchant, I love my new truck! More

No hassle I had a Toyota of some sort for 15 years. I went to the Toyota dealer first when I was searching for a new truck. I found a truck I wanted and told th I had a Toyota of some sort for 15 years. I went to the Toyota dealer first when I was searching for a new truck. I found a truck I wanted and told them that the max I would pay was "X". They wouldn't budge and I told them that I was going to keep searching. I honestly didn't think they would let me leave but I guess I didn't mean much to them or they didn't think I would buy elsewhere. I went to Marchant next and Rusty helped me. We walked around the lot and looked at a couple trucks with varying upgrades. I told him the max price I was willing to pay and he said that wouldn't be a problem. Within an hour, I gave Rusty a deposit so the truck could be picked up the next day. Rusty even went out of his way to get running board installed before he next day when the running boards needed to be picked up from another dealer. Highly recommend dealing with this group. More

Follow on experience I wrote a previous review stating that this was my best buying experience ever....well that changed shortly after discovering that the deal I thought I wrote a previous review stating that this was my best buying experience ever....well that changed shortly after discovering that the deal I thought I got didn't really happen. I was told one deal by my salesman and later found out that the length of the financing terms were different that what he and I agreed to.....Yes, my error for not catching it when I was signing the finance paperwork, but really who reads all that??? I will from now on, this cost me $$$$. Took a great experience and turned into a bad one...Wouldn't have been so bad if they just admitted their mistake like I did in not catching the error. This would have been a deal breaker! More

Excellent, Friendly, Honest, and Respectful Salesmen I went into the dealership, explained what my maximum price was, that I couldn't afford a car payment and what size car I was looking for. They treated me like family, my salesmen, Ray Peterson, showed me what they had, advised me of any known issues, as I was looking at used cars with approximately 100,000+ miles on them. He test drove with me, was patient with me and friendly to my family. He found us a great price on a car that meet our specific needs. We love our new-to-us '06 Pontiac G6, it is the right car with the best price and our experience overall was superb. We love Marchant Chevrolet and will continue to do business with them for quite a long time. Thanks guys! :) More
