I went to other Chevy dealers and got the runaround about my trade-in and all the other tricks dealers pull so you end up paying an extra 10 grand for a vehicle. Bit the bullet, drove to Marchant, sold me the Colorado I wanted at the price I wanted without a bunch of BS. I'll definitely buy my next vehicle from here. More

From the purchase, to my trade negotiation, to the financing every aspect of the transaction was great. On the contrary, the prior purchases at local Hendrick dealers were not so great. Hopefully my wife is converted to Chevy now because I don't really feel like doing a car purchase anywhere else anymore. If you want the inflated prices of the garbage dealer add-ons that can add thousands to your purchase price, go somewhere else. If you want a stress free transaction without getting gouged for stuff you don't need, go to Marchant. Rusty is a great and pleasant salesman and Randy in finance was awesome too. In fact, he got me a way better finance rate than the other place and it was .5% better than what I was going to get through USAA. So, do yourself a favor.
