They didn't have the car with the options we wanted on the lot, but after we told them exactly what we wanted, a price and ETA for the vehicle were provide. The price was $1,200 less than the lowest price at another dealer in Charleston. The finance / options sales people were helpful but did not pressure us. When we picked up and paid for our new Malibu, the paperwork was fast and efficient. We were finished in 15 minutes. Our salesman Shawn Couch had the car ready to go, explained the many safety features and helped us program the features.
