This WAS different! :) My Chevy pick up was brought in by AAA because it suddenly ceased to start. Even the door locks ceased to function. Terry received the ailing vehicle and has a repair man look for the problem. Oh, Rats! :( The whole family must have had a banquet. The electrical wiring was destroyed. Terry had Shawn contact me about a replacement. He gave me the specs on a possible replacement. It sounded like it was worth a look. My eta was about 3pm. Shawn said to call his cell phone when my time was more definite. My call enabled him to have the pick up ready to see and drive. It passed my inspection and test drive so we got some firm numbers on paper that were agreeable. Papers were signed and Randy did the final transfer and payment paperwork. Delivery was delayed while the windshield is being replaced. The passenger side crack was almost missed. Some eagle eye in service spotted the crack while the pick up was being cleaned. Here is to many years of good service. :) More

Great people to deal with as a single woman!!! I was trading my car in and had shopped around to a couple of dealerships and felt pressured and even got a migraine at one of them in the process. I'm a single woman, shopping by myself and none of them ever once made me feel pressured nor were inappropriate, but made me feel like they were the ones to do business with. Further, I sent Mr. Marchant an e-mail commenting on how kind his staff was and heard back from him right away which was nice. New car purchase I recently purchased a 2019 Chevy Traverse. My previous car experienced a major system failure so I more or less had to get a new one. Though it was personally painful to be in that position, the dealership made the experience a positive one. Scott Sires was a great sales person. He was patient, very knowledgeable, and worked especially hard to get me in the vehicle that best met my needs and desires. Randy Frazier made the paperwork easy to understand and moved it along quickly. I have purchased other vehicles from Marchant and they are always easy to work with and very straightforward.
