I’ve made some easy car deals in my life, but nothing as easy as this. Shawn Couch is amazingly straight forward and easy to deal with. I found what I wanted online last Thursday, and began texting with easy as this. Shawn Couch is amazingly straight forward and easy to deal with. I found what I wanted online last Thursday, and began texting with Shawn. Soon after, I asked him to cut to the chase and give me the out-the-door price. No other dealer could match Marchant’s out-the-door price (internet price plus $199 doc fee, tax, tag, title, that’s all!). Not to mention 1.9% financing. I was out of town this past weekend, so Shawn offered the option of a $500 refundable deposit to hold the vehicle until Monday. The plan was to drive from Hilton Head to Ravenel after work Monday evening. (2 hours each way.) Monday morning I spoke to Shawn planning to confirm my Monday night trip to Ravenel.. Shawn preferred to bring the car to me and save me the 4 hours of driving. In his words, “if I get there and the truck isn’t what you want, I’ll bring it back and refund your deposit, no problem.” I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHAWN AND THIS DEALERSHIP. More
