I had a great experience at Marchant Chevrolet. I was I had a great experience at Marchant Chevrolet. I was greeted by Shawn Couch and he was no pressure from the start. I came into the dealership to look at a blue Silverado Custom and he told me that it was sold. He showed me a white Silverado Custom which I test drove. Once I came back to the dealership we did not have to spend hours to get to the "real price". I then explained to him that I was not ready to purchase and he was still no pressure. Two days later I reached back out to him to let him know I was ready to purchase the truck. I was extremely surprised and happy that he did not call me the day after our meeting which I was prepared for. I emailed him some documents and he began all the paperwork while I was at work. Once I arrived the truck was cleaned and the paperwork was complete other than my signatures. He was very clear while explaining the Chevy app and other paperwork. I saved hours of my day by going to Marchant Chevrolet then going to one of the "big" dealerships. More
