Very Poor Customer Service My wife took her car for oil change and tire rotation. When they checked the air filter they found it had a critter using it as a home. When she was t My wife took her car for oil change and tire rotation. When they checked the air filter they found it had a critter using it as a home. When she was told about that they needed to put an air filter in it. She contacted me and I told her no I will do it. They charge around $50.00. The filter cost me $10.00 when I went to change the filter Marc Motors did not even clean out the air filter. Called them and talked with Kevin, he was rude did not even apologize that it wasn't done. He then goes on and says he would have to charge to clean it out. It took me 20 seconds to clean everything out and replace the filter. Very poor customer service. Will NEVER but another car from Marc Motors. More
Service department is rude, incompetent and refuse to help unless they can make money off you, even if you just bought a new vehicle. They treat you like you are stupid and try to pull everything they th help unless they can make money off you, even if you just bought a new vehicle. worst service ever. I'll never buy another Nissan again I have 2015 Altima I bought from them new for my wife. 100k mile warranty they told me. Car got @80k on it and the cvt tranny has an issue when it get I have 2015 Altima I bought from them new for my wife. 100k mile warranty they told me. Car got @80k on it and the cvt tranny has an issue when it gets real hot(90 min drive ). The car wont move from a stop(stranding you in an intersection).Cvt trannys are well known for this. We are afraid to drive the car more than 90 minutes. They told me they wouldnt warranty it, because I had no proof of maintenance and I'd have to pay all diagnostic labor including test drives. I've been an auto tech for 35 years and do all the servicing myself. They didnt care. The service writer was really rude about everything and I then talked to the service manager, who was equally no help. I work for a different dealer and we never treat customers that way. We bend over backwards for them especially under warranty or service contracts. We have people to do test drives in these cases so flat rate techs don't spend the time, Most places do. ive owned Nissans for 20 years, I'll never buy another Nissan again More

Sales/Service I had to bring my Rogue Sport in yesterday to service. I initially spoke with Sean Roberts in sales, awesome guy and very helpful. Service after the sale sux. I have a Rogue and a Titan from Marcs in Sanford. Both times service has screw me. I do my own oil changes and tire rotations and My Titan failed last I have a Rogue and a Titan from Marcs in Sanford. Both times service has screw me.
