I was told at my last service I needed new tires. I questioned them because it had only been 5,000 miles since my last tire rotation and at that last appt, my tires were fine. I have only put on less I questioned them because it had only been 5,000 miles since my last tire rotation and at that last appt, my tires were fine. I have only put on less than 15,000 miles since purchasing the car, in which Marc Motors put on brand new tires, so needing new tires was definitely a shock to me. My service agent told me she would discuss this with the manager and call me. She never called. Marc Motors customer service called to ask how my appt went, I told them exactly what I just wrote above. I was told she would speak to my service agent and/or service manager and that I would receive a call from them. Neither called me. I'm pretty disappointed. Purchasing the car was a great experience but now that I have an issue, I don't hear from anyone. More

WARNING: Do not use this horrible dealership. They are rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and will ignore you. I bought a vehicle and they promised to pay for 1/2 the shipping costs as I live in N They are rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and will ignore you. I bought a vehicle and they promised to pay for 1/2 the shipping costs as I live in NY and was only reimbursed for ¼ and refused to provide assistance with finding a shipping company to transport it. The only solution they offered was to have 2 employees drive it down and put 300+ miles on the car, which would end up costing them more in gas and tolls then to just pay the full shipping costs. It was delivered with a scuff mark on the front bumper and a chip in the rear driver door to which I had to spend $1,200 to repair. I tried to resolve it with them, they claimed they were not responsible. They did not decrease the vehicle price at all except for $500. I have purchased brand new cars before where they have came down as much as $10k. When I asked the sales manager Matt, the response was I can “go somewhere else”.They gave me an outrageous installation price for accessories, charging more than listed on the Nissan website. Local dealership offered to install them for a labor rate of $99/hour. They could have to, especially because I purchased the vehicle from them. There was also a mark which looked like a hole in the steering wheel. When I called up, Ben (owner's son) got on the phone. I showed him a pic, he said it “looked like someone took a cigarette and jammed it in the steering wheel.” Took it to my local dealership, they replaced the steering wheel -the mark was in the new steering wheel. When I asked why it was still there and did they really replace it, they said it was a manufacturer defect on all steering wheels. Due to their wrong info, the steering wheel didn't need to be replaced. Aimee lied to me saying that I could get a roof rack installed. No Nissan dealership would install the roof rack and I had to pay $800 to a 3rd party shop plus the roof rack to get that installed. They did the deal wrong and didn't include taxes/fees. Months later, Marc (owner) and Shaun called my house and were trying to shake me down for $4k telling me that if I did not register my vehicle and pay all these fees which it was the first time I heard about them, it was going to be towed away, I would have a repo mark on my credit score, they were acting extremely rude + arrogant. When I asked why it wasn't communicated to me when I signed the original paperwork, Shaun’s response was “Don’t worry about that now”. Well guess what, we're going to worry about it because I had to come up with $4k which was unrealistic to register it. No one has $4k they can outlay like that when I was having enough trouble keeping up with the payments alone. That is completely unprofessional threatening me they're going to take the car back for a deal they did wrong. They questioned me why I bought the car if there’s no mileage on it and I wasn’t using it. It is no concern of theirs if I register it or not as long as I was making payments on the vehicle which I was. It was on my private property and I can do with it as I wish. In general, after I bought the car their dealership’s approach in dealing with me was awful. I get a call 2 years later for the 2 year anniversary asking how everything was going. When I spoke to the business development rep, she was very apologetic and assured me it would all be taken care of. Then all of a sudden Aimee responds with 2 nasty emails. The 1st email said I would be dealing with her moving forward whether I liked it or not. The 2nd email said “it’s water under the bridge”. It is most certainly not and they promised me it would be dealt with after putting it off for 2 years. That is also not how you speak to a customer who spent $40k on a Nissan. I was promised a phone call in which their business dev. rep said she would be on with management assuring me this would all be taken care of and when I called up, Aimee is the only one who answered and refused to transfer me.
