I am not sure why you are calling yourself Jeremy when your name is Michael. We did pay for half of the delivery to New York and then you increased the amount with a different company and we would not pay for that. This deal happened over 4 years ago. You have also put similar reviews on other dealers sites. We spoke to both you and your mom and gave you a great deal. Take care Michael. Aimee, Let's not play games with each other. I explained why in the email that I sent to which you, Marc, Ben, or Shaun did not reply. The reason is because Jeremy is my middle name which I go by and Michael is only used for legal purposes. The deal happened in December 2021 so you're wrong again, check your records. I have not put similar reviews on other dealer websites. I put one review for another dealer that I had a bad experience with which is none of your business. So it's dealer which is not plural..so 3x you're wrong now. Reimbursing me for 1/4 the transportation costs, sending me a vehicle with a scuff mark and a chip, messing up the deal by not including taxes and fees then trying to shake me down for them threatening to repo, lying about a roof rack installation, telling me a hole in the steering wheel was damaged by a smoker instead of a manufacturer defect, giving me an insane estimate for accessories and installation with every one of these things costing me over 10 grand does not define a good deal sorry to tell you, which means you're now wrong for a 4th time. Then your associate calls asking how my 2 year anniversary is and promised me to rectify this whole situation and then you get involved and refuse to do so. Terribly unprofessional and outrageous to say the least. Not sure why you're referring to yourself in 3rd person when you're the one responding to all these reviews. FOR ANYONE READING THIS, I've given this dealership several chances and opportunities to make things right and they've ignored my calls and emails and refused to do so.
