Service department is rude, incompetent and refuse to help unless they can make money off you, even if you just bought a new vehicle. worst service ever. I'll never buy another Nissan again I have 2015 Altima I bought from them new for my wife. 100k mile warranty they told me. Car got @80k on it and the cvt tranny has an issue when it get I have 2015 Altima I bought from them new for my wife. 100k mile warranty they told me. Car got @80k on it and the cvt tranny has an issue when it gets real hot(90 min drive ). The car wont move from a stop(stranding you in an intersection).Cvt trannys are well known for this. We are afraid to drive the car more than 90 minutes. They told me they wouldnt warranty it, because I had no proof of maintenance and I'd have to pay all diagnostic labor including test drives. I've been an auto tech for 35 years and do all the servicing myself. They didnt care. The service writer was really rude about everything and I then talked to the service manager, who was equally no help. I work for a different dealer and we never treat customers that way. We bend over backwards for them especially under warranty or service contracts. We have people to do test drives in these cases so flat rate techs don't spend the time, Most places do. ive owned Nissans for 20 years, I'll never buy another Nissan again More

Empty promises I bought a car from marc motors a year ago thinking they were honest salesmen. Although my salesmen did his very best to help. We took the entire day negotiating then I finally agreed to purchase the unwanted car with the promise that they would get me into a car I preferred a year from then. Now that I've had the car for a year and never missed the ridiculous high payments on an over priced car. They are now telling me they cant trade it in. After already making 10k on the car and commission paid to two salesman, they are trying to make another 8k in equity off the car on top of the newer car Im trying to purchase. Not to mention that initially we had an oral agreement for a lower price. Then i noticed it was much higher than what we discussed when it was signed off in the back office. It was 20 dollars higher which adds a 5k for the total cost of the car. I noticed they're not willing to put anything on paper. Go to berlin city nissan and they will take the time to write it all out for you. Car, rebates, trade in and total monthly payments. Marc motors will only work with you if they want to, they have potential buyers drive 45 minutes from portland to get turned away. They "sound" very convincing, knowing chances of my trade were slim to none. They over charged me to begin with but arent willing to take a price cut to satisfy a customer. Very dissapointed. Im told to try again in the spring. Lets see what other excuse they will come up with then. More

While numbers are being run and paperwork prepared, our sales person leaves us at his desk and tends to another prospecting customer out on the lot, and leaves us sitting at his desk while he leaves the dealership to help a customer that ran out of gas on a test drive, the same customer that he was helping while we were trying to complete our transaction (Strike 2) ... And strike 3 sales person instructs us on how we need to give him a perfect grade on our Nissan survey in order for him to get paid by Nissan .... Not the experience we were looking for ... Atleast three family members have purchased cars in the past, never again. More

I plus 2 other family members have purchased cars through him within the past year. Seans' great and listens. Definitely gets you what you need across board. We met Phil, service, through Sean. Phil was great about handling our issue and kept us up to date. This place has great people and would recommend them to everyone! More
