Leased a Nissan Rouge from Marc Motors in 2018. At the end of the lease, we decided to purchase the car. Marc Motors reps tried to convince us not purchase it, knowing they could turn around and sell it f end of the lease, we decided to purchase the car. Marc Motors reps tried to convince us not purchase it, knowing they could turn around and sell it for $10K more than what is still owed. The sales guy told us that in order to purchase the car, we were subject to a "dock fee" and an "early termination" fee, totaling over $1200. We were highly skeptical, given how the reps had treated us in previous years, so we took the contract home and went through it carefully. 1) The "dock fee" was already paid in installments over the previous three years. 2) The "early termination" fee only applied if we were returning the vehicle to Marcs. The sales guy obviously knew these things, but was happy to try and rip us off on the way out. Never again! More
Ashley Donahue in the service department was by far the most polite and professional person I've dealt with for vehicle maintenance. Buyer Beware! Bought a 2019 Ram in later Oct. 2020. Mid November it needed transmission. Picked it up and I didn't even make it home before check engine light came on. Brought it back. They said it needed a coolant check valve and that it wasn't covered under warranty but they would fix it anyway. Fast forward to Feb. 3 it overheats ruining new transmission. Very Poor Customer Service My wife took her car for oil change and tire rotation. When they checked the air filter they found it had a critter using it as a home. When she was t My wife took her car for oil change and tire rotation. When they checked the air filter they found it had a critter using it as a home. When she was told about that they needed to put an air filter in it. She contacted me and I told her no I will do it. They charge around $50.00. The filter cost me $10.00 when I went to change the filter Marc Motors did not even clean out the air filter. Called them and talked with Kevin, he was rude did not even apologize that it wasn't done. He then goes on and says he would have to charge to clean it out. It took me 20 seconds to clean everything out and replace the filter. Very poor customer service. Will NEVER but another car from Marc Motors. More
