Nice, clean and good toyota shop. No over the top experience, but good enough. Salesman was very responsive and helpful until contract was signed. He was quite patient with me. Some feedback: 1) No walktrough after bought car. Expected a better "handover". Also expected a call to check if I am happy/have questions. Only got this auto generated questionnaire. 2)Was promised a call back about a discounted rust protection.(promised through negotiation before closing) . Never heard anything back, even after pushing for it. Felt cheated that. I was stupid not to have it written. Personally belive that any car dealerahip would greatly benefit from better transparency and to not do this kind of stuff. Gives the Automotive salesman a bad reputiation. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my FJ cruiser from Maplewood toyota. More
