The staff are easy to deal with and don't push to sell unnecessary services or parts. I recently had my brakes serviced and the final price was about $150 under the initial estimate, which was a nice surprise. The no-appointment oil change & tire rotation service is great—I used to go early to try and get in before there was a wait, but with the late-night hours now it's even more convenient. More

Room for improvement Brought my 2012 camery in to have he rear window replaced. Made an appointment to drop it off before 9am. I dropped it off at 730Am. Wasn't ready unti Brought my 2012 camery in to have he rear window replaced. Made an appointment to drop it off before 9am. I dropped it off at 730Am. Wasn't ready until 4pm. When I went to pick it up the paperwork said they ran it through the car wash. But when I looked at the car, the window was really dusty on the outside, had fingerprints and smudges all over. I expected that the window would look brand new (because it was) but it looked like it had been in a warehouse for a year. I was a little disappointed. I ended up going to the gas station and washing it my self. And then when I picked up my key, the cashier lady was a bit grumpy. Everything got fixed, price was right, but the attention to detail was lacking. More
