Regular Maintenance I always have my oil change done at the dealership. As with every oil change, my Rav4 was inspected and a small leak was found. I was even given a rental car - (I was worried about making it to my daughters softball game out of town). However, the job was done by 1:00 and I returned the rental. More

He was kind, friendly and showed real concern about our situation. We came to buy a brand new car but we ended up buying a certified preowned ( one owner - 35,000 miles ). We were very satisfied about the price saving compared to a brand new car we would have gone for. Steve was very patient with us - we came with our 4 year old daughter and we ran into many interruptions - but we did not feel pressured to make a quick decision.
