Routine service I made an appointment for a routine oil change. After which I discovered it was my granddaughter's last softball game of the season so I wanted to ge I made an appointment for a routine oil change. After which I discovered it was my granddaughter's last softball game of the season so I wanted to get keep my appointment, but get out quickly. I came in early to help "grease the skids". When the service department came to review with me the status of my vehicle and a suggested routine part replacement, I told him I would come back for that as I was in a hurry to leave. They got my car's service completed, run through the car wash and I was on the way to the game in record time. I drive out of my way to maintain my service at Maplewood. I only use Maplewood Toyota I bought my Rav4 there, I have everything done to my car at the dealership.
