I called about getting a Bronco which was shown on your website. I called when by all accounts it should have still been there. Mickey said that it was just sold and gone off the floor. I called in the morning. I guess that means someone came in, bought it, and took it home, all before noon. I wish he just said, that it just a picture we all use of "a bronco" not one on the lot. Of course it was never there, it was just a promo! I get it. My husband is in a walker and I wanted to see if he could get in it, or if it was uncomfortable. I did not need it that day! I will ask for John the next time as someone said he was pretty straightforward when I told the story at a Brookside, Mendham Barbeque shortly thereafter. Disappointed ...yes. I am a big girl, I can accept the "we don't have one" story. More

This was our first time buying a car at Maplecrest Ford. We were pleasantly surprised on how easy and comfortable and professional it was. You felt like part of a family. Our order was different because we ordered the Bronco so we started with James than Donna and Marla answered our questions till the car came in than James handled it with Marie doing the finance. This is our first time buying a ford in 25 years...So far I love my Bronco!!! More

We were visiting from out of state and we threw a code and had a bucking transmission. They took our truck and claimed to have replaced a part. They didn’t. Truck had the same problem but driving it in tow mode allowed the transmission to avoid hybrid mode which our dealer in Florida easily diagnosed and fixed. This company lied about the repair. More

I Purchased a Mach E Select AWD. I encountered no hassles with my purchase and all of the staff including Marla, Olivia and Dave were very polite and helpful. The car had couple of minor scratches which was with my purchase and all of the staff including Marla, Olivia and Dave were very polite and helpful. The car had couple of minor scratches which was noted and fixed. The Ford Options plan rebates and the interest rate corrections were done without any fuss. As promised, unnecessary fees like window etching were removed and no unnecessary products were sold. So overall it was a fantastic buying experience.
