I have been a customer of Maplecrest Ford since I moved nearby 27 years ago. Have bought all my cars from them since. James has been a pleasure to deal with. He helped me with the car before this one which is still in very good shape 8 years later. Since that one has lasted so long there have been changes and James took me through the landscape and was very helpful in giving me the information I wanted in order to get the next one. Highly recommend James. and for all the years I have been with Maplecrest I have very much appreciated the efforts of the service department as well. I think that group is great and have enjoyed dealing with all of them. Pasquale and Brett have been a pleasure to deal with as well and have taken very good care of keeping me up to date, getting prompt service and seeing that things get done on time. More
