Good service, but I was kept informed well during the service call. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. The online appointment schedule system was less than what I have come to expect from Maple Hill Subaru service. The person scheduling asked when I was wanting an appointment...but offered me something completely different; we discussed what I needed, but I had questions. She said she’d connect me to someone to discuss this with. That did not happen and the service call she ended up sending through was incomplete/incorrect. This might be convenient for the dealership, but not for me. It has not been the same since Rick Milbeck left...can you bring him back, please? More

Had an 8 am appointment and had my car back by 9:30. Great! I always make an appointment and am treated well. I love my Subaru and trust Maplehill. Always good service I’ve had my vehicle in for service several times and the staff is always friendly and helpful and the work is done in a timely manner. My only complai I’ve had my vehicle in for service several times and the staff is always friendly and helpful and the work is done in a timely manner. My only complaint would be that appointments are booked a ways out if you need more than an oil change. More

I was greeted, the work was done timely, I was able to use the shuttle service to get me to and from work, Somebody at Maple Hill is deciding that Customer Service is important...and it is about time.
