Satisfied customer My 2017 Subaru forester's battery was failing after only 17 months. The company warranty was good for 3 years or 30,000 miles. My car has 60,000. You make an appointment with the belief that your service will fit within a timeframe. If that is not the case, communicate it. Second, nor was the outcome of the systems inspection communicated until I asked after I had paid for service. Third, on my prior visits I had issues with misinformation that resulted in a higher service bill. These little things add up, making this dealer less competitive compared to others in the area. More

TYLER WEST and their Master Mechanic Special Shout Out!! Awesome to work with staff! They figured out problem. Bad gas. Was deisel fuel mix. Was awful month getting figured out. I highly,highly recommend this service department at Maple Hill Auto Service. Will always take my outback there for service. 5 STAR all the way baby!!! More

After determining we had not somehow inadvertently shut off the feature, the servi The Blind Spot Assist feature on our 2017 Outback was not working. After determining we had not somehow inadvertently shut off the feature, the service crew performed detailed diagnostic work and determined the BSA module needed to be replaced. Work did take two trips to the dealer, and included a loaner car for the multiple day repair. In the end the problem was solved under warranty. Thanks to Cassandra for keeping us informed of the progress along the way and the use of a loaner vehicle. More

Very satisfied with service department I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation but then noticed my outback was idling rough and hesitated on take-off before that time. I brought my outback in and rescheduled to have everything handled at once. There was no problem getting an appointment that worked for me. The work was completed in a very timely fashion and the engine situation was taken care of. Everything was explained to me clearly and was told if it happens again to bring it in and it will be fixed. More
Helped me out Greatly Regular oil change service. They inquired if I needed the filters changed and allowed me to look at them and I indicated I would wait until the next Regular oil change service. I had an emergency come up in my business, so I indicated that to my service rep, Steve Nutt and he helped facilitate getting my car out at little sooner so I could get away as soon as possible. They completed the multi-point inspection and check all tire pressures. More
