Showed up at dealership service bay without an appointment looking for help with my situation. Concerned that heavy continued wear might lead to a blow out on the towed vehicle I asked if service could fit me in to their work schedule some time during the day. Speaking with Ms Cassandra Westfall, the service advisor she spoke to the service manager, on my behalf and arranged a check of the vehicle for alignment problem and if I would need to replace the tire or possibly all 4 tires. I had arrived unscheduled at 8:00am and expected to spend the entire day waiting but to my surprise the vehicle was repaired and ready in a couple hours. The situation was rectified and Ms Westfall kept me advised of the progress, answered all my questions and was genuinely there to see I got the help needed to be safely on the road with the repairs performed. Again, expecting a costly repair the final cost was far below my expectations and I was advised that I did not need to purchase 4 new tires. The honesty and thoroughness of the Dealership truly impressed me. I would highly recommend MapleHill Subaru based my personal experience and the assistance from Ms Cassandra Westfall. Ed L. More

Told us lies/misled us until the product was out of warranty Avoid this company if you can. When we reported our oil light coming on, were were told multiple times by multiple Maple Hill reps that burning oil Avoid this company if you can. When we reported our oil light coming on, were were told multiple times by multiple Maple Hill reps that burning oil was unfortunate, but NORMAL on our model (Forester). Turns out that was a lie, Subaru had been sued and forced to extend motor warranties to 100k miles as part of the settlement for this burning oil issue.... Maple Hill had been giving us incorrect info to us about this for so long that our car was now outside that 100k extension....but wanted us to pay a $6000 charge for an entirely new motor on this 130k mileage car. When we complained they said that only Subaru could decide to do a "Goodwill" assistance for this.but to get Subaru involved we needed to do a special test for another $100.. We did that, all the while being told "Oh yeah, Subaru supports the customer, they'll step up..." After the test came back indicating it needed repair - meeting the conditions they gave us before the test, we learned Subaru would only offer half, leaving us with thousands in bills, and completely at odds with what their rep said. The FACTS remain as they are: the morning of the oil consumption test TYLER made it clear that Subaru would "step up" and take care of the customer (HIS words)...they did not. A horrible experience with both dealer and brand, but as I've spoken to others (coworkers, family, etc.), it appears service/quality for both have been in decline. EDIT: removed description of unnamed associate, also note that Maple Hill has replied with more of the same deceptive-to-outright-wrong information. Truly sad. More

All the service was explained to me in very clear detail. I was greeted by the Service Manager Steve Nutt like an old friend. Steve got my vehicle in and kept me updated on the progess. I was in and out quickly and still got a chance to watch some of the Tiger game in the customer waiting room. I would not take my vehicle any where else. More

The service staff (sadly, I did not get their names) diagnosed the problem, assuring us that it was not serious, and got us underway in half an hour with no charge. That's a 5-Star dealership! More

unsatisfactory I have been dealing with an oil consumption issue for over 12 months regarding my 2015 Forester. Last week my oil warning light illuminated 2406 miles I have been dealing with an oil consumption issue for over 12 months regarding my 2015 Forester. Last week my oil warning light illuminated 2406 miles before my next scheduled dealership oil change. I pulled over and called service at MHAG to seek advise and direction, ie, should I add oil or bring the vehicle into MHAG. I was informed that my situation " was not untypical". The following week an inspection by MHAG revealed no oil leaks. I was advised that oil warnings between oil changes on a vehicle still under warranty was investigated and it was suggested I contact the Subaru Corporation. As a repeat customer of MHAG I was expecting more support and assistance. More
