The waiting area was comfortable and clean, with good wi-fi and a well-stocked K-cup coffee machine. Once they got my car examined and realized it was a more serious problem than they initially estimated, they arranged a courtesy shuttle to drive me home so I wouldn't have to wait there for hours. The repairs were completed same day, my car works good as new now, and everything was covered by the warranty. It was as easy and no-hassle an experience as I could ask for. More

Heather Crummel scheduled my appointment, and got me a wonderful new Subaru Outback to drive. After diagnosing my problem we determined what had to be fixed right away for safety ( ball joint falling apart). We also went over my extended warranty to determine if any of my work was covered.
