Excellent Service I originally made an appointment online through the Hyundai app. What I didn't catch was that the default choice was to leave the car there. When I realized that, I called the dealer's service dept and the appointment was immediately changed from drop off to waiting for the car. I'm sorry, I don't remember the name of the woman I spoke with on the phone, but she was very polite and helpful. Then, when I got to the service, I was promptly greeted by Steve Nutt, and though I was told on the phone when I changed the appt. that it would take an hour, my car was ready in less than an hour. I have always had excellent here; no complaints at all! More

The online appointment schedule system was less than what I have come to expect from Maple Hill Subaru service. The person scheduling asked when I was wanting an appointment...but offered me something completely different; we discussed what I needed, but I had questions. She said she’d connect me to someone to discuss this with. That did not happen and the service call she ended up sending through was incomplete/incorrect. This might be convenient for the dealership, but not for me. It has not been the same since Rick Milbeck left...can you bring him back, please? More
