My only minor complaint would be the service counter not paying attention to details or requests. When I checked in I mentioned that I needed them to call my phone and not my husbands (as he works nights and would be sleeping). She made note of the preferred contact number on her iPad and starred my number on the printed out sheet. Three hours later when they called to let me know my car was ready, they called my husbands phone twice. When I picked my car up I made the decision to take his number off the account completely, and they did apologize. Overall, we are happy with our experience. More

Slow service, need better communication on length of service Oil change, Brake inspection, routine filters and I 1 was there from 1:15 to approximately 4:45 and did not even get my free car wash. Since they went to the make a scheduled appointment vs. the old drive in when ever, I feel like it takes longer than it ever did when I just drove in to get an oil change and was out in an hour.
