Great Experience After having an unpleasant experience at local dealer we decided to give Maple Hill a try. We had decided we wanted to purchase a new Subaru Forester, After having an unpleasant experience at local dealer we decided to give Maple Hill a try. We had decided we wanted to purchase a new Subaru Forester, our local dealership would have had to find the vehicle we wanted or order it and they made it clear they did not want to do either of those. They kept pushing us to purchase something that was lacking the color and options we insisted on having. When we got to Maple Hill the only options we told Bob we wanted were navigation and remote start. It was almost like he read our mind with the other options! He had the perfect vehicle in stock that had everything we wanted plus some more! We feel we got a fair price and Bob made the whole experience easy and stress free. This is our first Subaru and most likely will not be our last. Thanks Maple Hill for treating us like real people. More
Poor Scheduling Service center unable to perform Services/Repair scheduled on their website. Went to MapleHillVolvo.com service scheduler to schedule 90000 mile Service center unable to perform Services/Repair scheduled on their website. Went to MapleHillVolvo.com service scheduler to schedule 90000 mile service and also an alignment, nothing on the website mentioned needing special time or date for scheduling the alignment, left email and phone number for contact as well as a question asking how long the alignment would take which was not answered. Called a few days before this and had to cancel the original service date due to living an hour away and the dangerous driving conditions we have been having, again no mention of the alignment needing special scheduling. Rescheduled online again a week or so later after finding some available time and when arriving to the service center was told they will not be doing the alignment that day because they did not schedule it due to using the online scheduler and were too busy in Volvo as they only have one lift to fit it in. Spoke to a polite person over the phone a few days later telling me that it was booked using the "Express" scheduler and we should call or use a special email address that they could provide for "larger" services in the future. Seems like the online scheduler should ONLY be used for oil changes as it does not list what is a "larger" service or not and what may or may not be done on the day you schedule. More
Obligation. Staff is very friendly. However, the ONLY reason we are here is due to the fact that we leased a Hyundai and are obligated to document the service his Staff is very friendly. However, the ONLY reason we are here is due to the fact that we leased a Hyundai and are obligated to document the service history until we return the car in July. We are having an issue with the front fender coming loose as the clips thay hold it in place came off without an impact. Other sources indicate it to be a defective design. Maple Hill refused to cover the cost to fix it despite the fact that the car is under warranty. Will never lease again. Will never buy from Maple Hill. More
