They are very busy but as efficient as they can be. Their front desk staff that checks you in are both knowledgeable and efficient, yet come across as friendly which is pretty unusual these days. I had a bad experience. It took weeks to get an appointment. I was left standing in line for a full half hour (no chairs or benches). They tried to sell me on more work. Th It took weeks to get an appointment. I was left standing in line for a full half hour (no chairs or benches). They tried to sell me on more work. They told me they’d call at 2 pm and didn’t. I had to call twice. The car wasn’t ready u til nearly 5. We hit rush hour traffic. While I paid the guy told me he had tried to call me to authorize changing the cabin air filter but hadn’t. Then I waited for another ten minutes while he found my car. All in all a very bad experience. I won’t be back. More

I ordered a touch-up paint for my car and both times the color was not correct. The factory kept sending the wrong color.
