This dealership always seems to be in disarray. When I purchased my Hyundai Elantra I purchased a service warranty. This dealership then purchased the dealership I bought my car from. To this day they have yet to associate my purchased service contract to my car and every time I go in for regular service it’s a hassle. “No you don’t have a service contract.” “Yes I do here’s the proof”. “Oh yes now I remember!” Good grief I spent a lot of money for that contract and shouldn’t have to fight to be able to use it. There are two bright spots - I think the service advisor I squally speak with is Tami. She has been great. She is warm and friendly and professional. Also there’s a sales person Ben who always is nice and polite and answers my questions. I would recommend this place if they could get their administrative act together but until then no can do as they say More

After I took my car to my service guy, who said that the 5 year old car had a blown engine, Hyundai charged me $200 to say the same thing. They couldn't find my paperwork proving I got the car from them, they said it was a certified pre-owned, that was fraudulent. The manager, Josh, refused to call us back to help us figure out what was going on after numerous phone calls and even dropping by. They quoted us $10k for a new engine. We should have heeded the warnings about Hyundai, they are still crappy cars and unfortunately horrible customer service. I'll be going back to Toyotas or Hondas, where there is reliability and consistency. More
