They do a decent job. I had to wait quite a while to get checked in... and then it took 1 & 1/2 hrs. for a minor service. I would have would have purchased the Pilot I was looking at but due to your sales managers obstinate negotiating behavior, lead me to the same old used car lot experience. And I purchased elsewhere. I do not know the managers name, but I gave a one to all three of your sales management people. I wonder if a man would’ve been able to negotiate more successfully? More
