I had routine service, oil change, lubes, etc. And my whole car was checked out. Laura gets a 5, Manly Hyundai gets a 3, and they're lucky for that. Let me explain. This is the second time Laura has taken care of me, and her attitude is infectious. This person should get a raise. As to Manly, the reason I was in was for a recall issue. No problem there. Their mechanics did the work and fast. But how I found out about the service order was I called in to have a seal on my roof fixed. They wanted $650! Seriously criminal. How do I trust this dealership? I don't. Well, I took a pair of tweezers and fixed it. $650 indeed. How much money do the Manly's need. I'd be embarrassed. I canceled the work. I came in today for my appointment and was told I was a day early. Laura not only got me in, but to the front of the line. Out in 1 hour. She escorted me to my car where it was parked, and cordially wished me a great day, and you could see she meant it. Just a nice human being. Lastly, it shouldn't have taken 1 hour. The extra time was checking all the things I didn't need to have checked. Trying to get into my wallet again. It's all coming off as quite seedy. How about asking the client if they want the checks, before the car is worked on? More

Service is a challenge here. Getting thru on phone especially. Waiting for parts that could’ve been ordered without a first appt. Will then need to leave car again to replace obviously defective exter especially. Waiting for parts that could’ve been ordered without a first appt.
