These guys are awesome! So Nick Hatch is our guy. Whenever we have a problem, Nick takes care of us. If we cone for an oil change, he takes care of us. Bottom line, you ne So Nick Hatch is our guy. Great service experience I'm not usually comfortable with dealerships, being a women and all. Nick Hatch was nice to work with. Friendly, helpful customer service Bill Petty was pleasant and efficient when processing the paperwork for my Honda recall visit. Great service even on my toyota I had a friend refer me to manly honda for survive even though it was for my toyota sienna. Excellent service from a great team! I had planned on bringing my vehicle in for what I thought was a basic oil change. Turned out I was in need of a much larger service which Nick explai I had planned on bringing my vehicle in for what I thought was a basic oil change. Turned out I was in need of a much larger service which Nick explained the importance of. Nick was able to work with me on the price and provide me with a courtesy car for the duration of the service. Hugo in the rental department quickly got me into a courtesy car so I was on my way. Both guys were awesome and made my appointment quick and easy. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Nick based on the great service I receive along with the trust I have in the entire service department. More
