I bought a car 12/31/2013, a new Honda Fit. The sales agent was fine, and told me after i finished in finance, that he would remain my "go to" guy for anything relating to my car. Well, in Finance they try to sell you all these add ons, and I admit, i got suckered into the Zurick Shield one, for a whopping $1000, because if i didn't get it I would have to wax my car every month!!! Really? Not gonna happen. In the moment i gave in, but after i got home the next day and read all the reviews online, I immediately called my "go to" sales agent guy and he said he couldn't help me with this and that I needed to call Finance. He put me through. No one answers, leave voicemail. Over the next 3 days I left multiple messages, finally calling my agent back and asking/telling him to Handle It, and since then nothing. So they have my $1000 (i never got the Zurich treatment) and no one returns my calls. I call again this afternoon and demand to talk to someone at the top of the chain of customer relations. Some gal says she will look into it. She better. Watch out for the Finance Dept....don't buy the add ons. Don't believe the sales guys ostensibly sincere "I am your go-to guy". BS. They took my almost 20K and that was the end of customer relations. Found out for $90 I can get a sealant put on 1x a year and it will do the same thing or better. (Look up Pristine Auto Detail for fab reviews - that's where I'm taking it after I get my $1000 back.) Buyer Beware of Manly Honda. =============================== PART TWO After leaving close to 8 voice mails to three different departments pleading for a courtesy return call, still none from Manly Honda. Not my go-to guy , nor the two finance guys. This is FIVE DAYS LATER. I will continue to add to this yelp review until this situation is resolved to my satisfaction and $1000 is returned to my account. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DEALERSHIP - or do so at your own risk. They will not care for you. Typical car dealership (sorry to say but so fits the stereotype) as soon as you give them their money for the car they are on to the next victim. Yelp reviews are a good thing to check out before selecting new vendors, use it. We customers have little recourse except for forums such as this. Stay tuned! =============================== CONCLUSION - took over two weeks! I have removed the name of my sales guy and finance folk which I had earlier posted. My sales agent finally called back and started handling things as I think he should have from the start. It took many more phone calls, voicemails, etc to finally get my money back. Overall, a customer relations fiasco and so glad it is over. It was handled very poorly with so little communication and barely an apology, much less any responsibility for the bungling of this matter. I do love my Honda Fit. I will NOT be taking my car here for service. I doubt I would buy a car here again, ever. More

He promptly responded to my request and gave me an offer on the car I wanted. It was so good I didn't trust it thinking there was going to be some bait and switch. I was wrong. Benjamin's offer was for real. Straight forward, no hassle and exactly the car I wanted. He saved me thousands of dollars but more importantly, he saved me from the dreaded car buying experience and salvaged the deal for Manly Honda. Dealing with Benjamin was actually pleasant. I am a convert to internet car purchasing. I will never buy a car the old school way again. More
I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff at Manly Honda, especially our salesperson, Benjamin Schneider, really "get it." I went onto True Car after seeing the adds on TV. I got back some very impressively low quotes from multiple local dealers. I want to note that Manly did not have the lowest price (was about $300 higher than the lowest). However, Benjamin and Manly won me over with their no-hassle and transparent process. Benjamin was prompt with his honest and helpful responses. He gives you the knowledge and tools one needs to make an informed decision and then backs off. What I got when I got there was exactly as I was promised. The positive experience alone was worth more than the $300 I could have saved by going to another dealer. If you are considering a Honda, please contact Benjamin at Manly first. You will not be disappointed. More
I was getting my 2001 Civic serviced there on 8/17/13. When I called later in the day, Greg in sales answered the phone. He sold me my civic, brand new and helped me a great deal that day, after a bad experience with another dealership that week. I remembered him not being so pushy that I wanted to flee. He listened to what I wanted and went out of his way to show me the exact vehicle that I was looking for. What impresses me is the fact that he remembered me from 12 years ago! I am glad he's back! When I'm ready to purchase a new car, I will definitely go directly to Greg Eccles! More
I am a student who works six days a week trying to put myself through college. I went to manly hoping to buy my first official car. First off I bought a Mazda 3 and when I received the car it was on empty, also I realized while I was driving home the two front speakers were blown. Came back the next day and there exact words were "you should have figured that out before you left with the car" I Should have realized then what awful people they were. While I was working out my loan the man I was working with named Ali was incredibly pushy about me getting this extended warranty which I really didn't want. Finally I just said yes (Completely my fault) I get home and start going over paperwork and realize the THREE year warranty is nearly 5,000 which is almost half of the car I had just bought. I read through the paperwork and was so relieved to find out I had 90 days to cancel I rush back the next day to cancel and talked to Ali. He said that it would be fine and he would email me the confirmation. A week goes by and nothing I email and call him no reply I ended up calling and emailing about ten times and even stopped by but it was his day off. I live in Sonoma so it's a 45-hour long drive. Find out a month later when I finally am able to get ahold of his boss that he never cancelled it and in order to cancel I have to fill out a bunch of forms. Furious I come in to fill out the forms and receive no apology for all of my trouble. Then on the 85th day before I can't cancel anymore I receive a letter saying it STILL is not canceled. I have been at the manly automotive so often in the past two and a half months for there mistakes that some of the men asked me if I was living there now. Ended up selling the car back and losing a bunch of cash but to me it's all worth it to not be dealing with those unethical people anymore. I was not happy with one interaction I had with anyone and no one ever apologized about anything. Worst experience I have ever had. You would be absolutely insane to go here. More

Had my pilot towed in after radiator leaked. Still under warranty should be no problem right? Wrong they told before they even looked at it that they will not warranty a rock. Abe was so wonderful in helping me get the car I wanted. I got a great price on the vehicle, and a trade-in I thought was very fair. I think if I had to make any type of recommendation, I would have liked it if the sales room had a water/soda/beverage machine and for those who are shopping with kids, a snack machine. It was a hot day when I purchased my car and quite a walk over to the financial service office where the machines were. Other than that, I'd buy from them again! Super service!!! More
