The dealer/Internet Sales Manager named Mark Fladseth met with me even when he was already off work at 7pm when I was able to leave work. Mark took care of some extras for me and proved to me his word is good. I got a scratch/dent removed and repainted so I couldn't even tell it had ever been there on my white, 2011 Honda Fit Sport, 4 new car tires and a hole in the back seat fixed. Mark made sure I had a free loaner car to drive each time, so I could pick my 12 year old son up from school. The car has automatic everything and will hold it's value as it is a Honday. The new cars I could afford were all manual everything. From the time I found my dream car on-line, to all the extras. I had my car in days! More

Very Positive Experience I began my search for a new or used car online and worked with Mark Fladseth as the online person. After looking at the online cars and doing my resea I began my search for a new or used car online and worked with Mark Fladseth as the online person. After looking at the online cars and doing my research, we met with him yesterday, looked at a few cars, drove one and made a decision to buy a new 2014 Honda Accord. Mark was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward. He made the somewhat intense process of purchasing a new car fairly easy. We think he gave me a fair and didn't feel he was encouraging me to buy a more expensive model or fancier trim. He let us take a lunch break (buying a new car apparently can take hours) and then we came back and finished the paperwork and off we went. I would highly recommend looking for a car online and with Mark as your person. More

Great Experience. I went into Manly Honda looking to lease a new Honda Fit. After parking, I was able to find the Fits right away. No more than 5 minutes had gone by an I went into Manly Honda looking to lease a new Honda Fit. After parking, I was able to find the Fits right away. No more than 5 minutes had gone by and Tony came by to introduce himself. I told him what I was looking for and he took his time showing me different colors and models. We found the perfect car for me and soon after a test drive I was signing a contract for my very 1st new car. Never did I feel pressured or rushed while I was with Tony.
