I had a good experience with the Super Lube Dept changing the oil in my car. The people working were efficient, personable, and listened to my concerns regarding my BMW. The service writer came to my car as soon as I pulled up and also explained everything to me following the oil change and inspection of my vehicle and remembered to deduct my coupon from the total bill. Oil change before this oh your tires are 7,6,5,4 wearing uneven may need an alignment. Which way do I go? Prices/cost, honestness are huge figures to what and how I decide on service places.
