Took the enjoyment out of buying a new truck I went through 3 salesmen in a 2 week time frame. They got me a truck from a dealer out of state, and the salesman I'd been working with (Matt) would I went through 3 salesmen in a 2 week time frame. They got me a truck from a dealer out of state, and the salesman I'd been working with (Matt) wouldn't respond to my calls the day I was supposed to pick it up. He finally sent a text saying that he no longer worked there. Cory stepped up to help, and he was great to work with. I should have started with him from the beginning. They'd had my truck for 5 days, but when I came to pick it up they were still cleaning it. The truck was out of fuel, and the ball had been dropped on a number of other things that were promised. Cory did his best to correct every one of the problems for me. I sat in the lobby for over an hour after I was told to arrive to pick up the vehicle, because it was still being cleaned. I mean it's a brand new vehicle, how dirty can it be? Then it had some scratches, and missing components that were supposed to be installed earlier that day. Cory stayed late after the dealership closed to finish showing me the features of the truck. We did it under the light pole in the parking lot since all of the other employees left and locked the door before the sale was through, but Cory stayed until every one of my questions was answered. A few days later, the missing gooseneck wiring got installed and the body shop polished out the scratches. So it got taken care of, but these things never should have happened, or turned into problems at all. This is the first brand new vehicle I've ever bought, and it was a $70k diesel truck so you would think the dealership would have had things taken care of a little better and had it ready to go when I got there at the time they told me to pick it up. This whole experience really took the enjoyment out of buying my first new vehicle. Not so sure that I'll ever be back... More

Great Experience at Flint Hills Auto!! I wasn’t really in the market for a truck, “isn’t that what everyone says”, when I pulled into Flint Hills. Willie greated me at the door, listened to all my preferences, and ended up showing me the perfect vehicle. The Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and Service team were all great as well! All that said I ended trading in my F150 for a newer one. They were super fair with my trade value and overall I got a great deal with great service. This is now the 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased from this establishment formerly Dick Edwards and I will continue to use Flint Hills in the future. Thanks Clay More

Anthony Medina- a salesman- and his co-workers including Brent Barker- management- had spent many hours with a friend and I trying to find the best deals possible for us. (Separate deals) My friend was able to go home that same day in a car he loves and for a great deal!. I on the other hand was a bit more stubborn. However Brent and Anthony proved their determination to help me find great deals on a car by working way past quitting hours two days in a row. They even talked with me on their time off of work to assure that I had any questions answered or anything. The service was excellent and because of it I definitely recommend shopping at Flint Hills Auto in Manhattan. More
