However when a customer requests about it we will process the rebate to assist the customer. Manhattan Beach Toyota responded

Hi Nylene, Our service dept did a free inspection on your vehicle and they did find mold and it was caused by outside interference so that your insurance would cover it minus your deductible and we offered to help with that as well. Your father did not inform us that you were picking up the car and and took it before we could put everything back. We would not leave a vehicle apart before returning it. We were waiting on a response if you wanted the work done and released the vehicle when you wanted it returned in the evening and we were told you would handle it on your own.
