Long story short, Adrian came back told me that his manager does not accept Carvana value estimates. ONLY … CARMAX which he undervalued my car $1800 which if you do the numbers, he manipulated the value to make up the difference of trying to give me a good deal on his car. So my warning, do you folks is buyer beware not to take anything away from the value of the dealership and certain individuals, but this particular manager seems to be a very selfish unprofessional crooked person. I never know if the work (such as tire rotation or balancing) is really done. No one marks the tires and shows you what they’ve done. Yes, they are polite and respectful albeit somewhat vapid. Bottom line, you leave wondering if you just wasted your time and money and will you go back even if it’s just to have the dealership turn off that annoying dash signal telling you it’s time to get to return. We came prepared with financing through our credit union, but some of the information provided while discussing dealer financing was inaccurate. We were also previously told that our credit needed to be run in order to receive a purchase contract, despite us arranging outside financing. Overall, Joey provided a great experience, but I believe the finance process could have been more transparent and accurate. More
