Carl is always attentive and involved with all aspects of the auto care .He frequently says he communicates with the technician and goes to observe findings ..which i appreciate. as i have heard that servic the auto care .He frequently says he communicates with the technician and goes to observe findings ..which i appreciate. as i have heard that service tech can try and up sell repair and service when not needed .. i think Mr Boyd serves as a consumer advocate.and that provides confidence in the company.He seems to have integrity .In the way he manages my 3 cars with honesty and reliability.My interactions with him have been very positive.I always feel that i am in good hands .He is very accommodating keeping in touch in a timely fashion. Carl Boyd went above and beyond when he intercepted service personnel attempting to locate keys to drive my car after being towed , back to service section . He directed them to push it instead as the service personnel attempting to locate keys to drive my car after being towed , back to service section . He directed them to push it instead as the engine could not even be turned on due to fluid contamination (by me ) placed in wrong reservoir .. He was great ?? More
