Two hours and 45 minutes for an inspection and tire rotation? Not acceptable. How could you be that far behind at 10:00 a.m.? I doubt my agent, Jesus, was responsible and he was very nice. If you have an appointment, you shouldn't have to wait an hour or more to have work started on your car. Also, I'm accustomed to receiving a multi page grading of each item inspected. I did not receive any kind of report. Maybe not enough time for that. You need to reduce the number of appointments per hour so you can handle them in a timely manner. Without the inspection report, I have no idea what you did with my car. Maybe you had unexpected no-shows of technicians that day. Okay, that happens, but you should inform clients when they check in that there will be an excessive delay and offer a reschedule for the appointment. I'll be glad when my free maintenance expires and I can go back to Blu Automotive. More
