I arrived a few minutes early for my 8:00 appointment and was not seen by a service advisor until 8:25. I was told car would be ready by 4:00. At 3:45 I sent a text to Jesus to confirm pickup. I received no was not seen by a service advisor until 8:25. I was told car would be ready by 4:00. At 3:45 I sent a text to Jesus to confirm pickup. I received no reply. I arrived at 4:15 and was told the car was not ready, it would be another 15 minutes. I did not receive my car until 4:40. No explanation or apologies for the delay. More
