MY REVIEW OF MANFREDI CHEVERLOT HYLAN BLVD The Dealership and Service department was great BUT the woman that answered the phone was rather rude and not polite. She didn't take any information The Dealership and Service department was great BUT the woman that answered the phone was rather rude and not polite. She didn't take any information or listen to our problems to the car.My previous experience with other dealership and service department they would take all the information needed about the car, instead she said rather rudely 'I Don't Take That Information, Tell The Services People!' You need to train your employee how to speak with customers and dealing with customers. Also maybe an upgrade to the system so reception and take that information. Thank You! More

Terrific Salesperson Experience From the minute I walked into the showroom with my wife and son to shop for a leased vehicle, Fred was the ultimate professional. He was very friendl From the minute I walked into the showroom with my wife and son to shop for a leased vehicle, Fred was the ultimate professional. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we didn't leave the showroom until we got the best deal on the pickup truck we were looking to lease. It was by far the best experience we've ever had at a dealership. There was no need to play the back and forth sales game of haggling on the price. He made sure he presented all rebates available and worked out a reasonable lease cost on the vehicle we wanted. Will definitely come back again to lease future vehicles! More

service I went in with my 2012 ls Camaro / it was bought new in nj but I bought it used mar this yr n there was an ignition key recall n I went n 2 hrs I was I went in with my 2012 ls Camaro / it was bought new in nj but I bought it used mar this yr n there was an ignition key recall n I went n 2 hrs I was done but I forgot to tell them the drivers side seatbelt latch by the console is to low to put the mail in the female / especially for me being partially disabled I have a 2000 ss Camaro n no problem . can this be corrected by the dealer please let me know Edward betso 1 718 761 0485 or 1 917 841 9813 thank you , very hard to attach the seat belt More

nick alteri of manfredi We Rise Today at 7:19am NICK ALTERI A SALESMAN FOR MANFREDI USED CAR SECTION. i recently spent over 10 thousand dollars on a preowned vehicle at thw We Rise Today at 7:19am NICK ALTERI A SALESMAN FOR MANFREDI USED CAR SECTION. i recently spent over 10 thousand dollars on a preowned vehicle at thw new dorp lane and hylan blvd dealership and before i purchased this vehicle i spoke at length with NICK ALTERI THE SALESMAN FOR MANFREDI USED CAR SECTION and i had explained to him that i understand that i am buying a used car and things may go wrong and if something fails within the first few weeks that they may haved missed upon inspection of this vehicle will they take care of it and he reassured me that they will absolutely take care of it. well the rear motor mount split a few days ago and i have only had the car 3 weeks, i went in and asked him what he can do about it and he had told me ha cant do anything at all and his boss said the same thing and when i asked his boss who his boss is and can i speak to him they both told me that his boss is never in and never around and they couldnt even call him. what a crock that was. now mind you that this is a very inexpensive part, not even a hundred dollars and in a garage will take no time at all to replace. yet neither NICK ALTERI or his boss that sits in the rear of the trailer would help me at all. they have no problem taking my money but will not do a simple replacement of a part that they had told me that there was no way to tell that it was bad or going bad which is also another lie because upon visual inspection if they even did one prior to me taking the vehicle it would have clearly shown that the rubber was cracked and weathered and needed to be replaced. now i am spending 300 dollars that i really do not have to get this fixed today and that is just the beginning. i have a group of people that have had similar issues with the lying to make a deal in the pre owned department that are going to get together with me and express our concerns by using our first amendment right and let the people of staten island know that the should avoid manfredi at all costs. i myself will be on the corner of new dorp lane and hylan blvd for as long as it takes with a sign letting people know not to shop manfredi because of the lying to make a deal and not keeping your word that goes on within that dealership. i am also creating a website for others to voice their concerns which will be available soon. i like the fact that the social media will help me by allowing myself and others to relate our issues with manfredi with each other and prevent this from happening to others, i will be reaching the tri state area and beyond. what really bothers me is for a part that cost less than a hundred dollars a big established neighborhood dealership like manfredi would not go above and beyond to keep a customer happy. did i mention that i am also a veteran and i went in on veterans day only to be told sorry i cant help you. More
