Never in my life have I heard a person waiting a whole week before having their car serviced. When I called always received the "BRUSH OFF", as if they don't care. The best thing I've heard so far was " they didn't service my car because they didn't know what was wrong"; how could you know whats wrong if you didnt look and find the problem. Well in the end it was just motor mounts but as I write this today, it's almost two weeks and still havent gotten my car back. More
